Third Party Services That Install Cookies

Vimeo video widget – Service that allows us to play videos provided by Vimeo inc. that uses cookies and allows Vimeo inc. to collect, store and process data on the use of the service according to the terms of its Privacy Policy (vimeo.com/cookie_policy).

Google Analytics – A web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), that allows us to analyze how users use the site and that makes use of cookies. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the site - standard log information used on the Internet (including your IP address) and anonymous information about your behavior - are transmitted to Google and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will make anonymous any information conveyed by deleting the last octet of your IP address before storage. What if I don’t want to provide personal information?

Providing personal information on our website is optional.  If you choose not to provide personal information, you can still browse and use the Marble site, but you will not be able to submit a query.

Security

We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information volunteered on the Marble site to any third party without prior consent.   Any information provided to Marble by users of the Marble site is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways other than as set forth in this privacy policy, or in ways to which you have explicitly consented.  We seek to employ a range of techniques and security measures to protect the information maintained on our system from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, we assume no responsibility for the security of information.
